Blender Pamanta is a Berliner Weisse hopped with Mosaic and conditioned on massive amounts of Pamanta, the close cousin of the elusive Pamangua fruit. Big flavors of tropical fruit punch, thick mango nectar, and bright citrus, accompanied by tart yogurt complexity and a pleasing wheat finish.

Draught at Tip Tap Room, 7/29/21.
Soft, brassy-to-peachy golden with a small, off-white head that fades quickly to a ring. Some haziness, but not extremely so.
Very ebullient, soft, understated nose gives a light impression of guava and/or pineapple, but not quite as acidic or punchy as those are apt to be. Peachy-soft esters and probably a good deal of wheat softness/creaminess/blandness to curb the acidity. No alcohol or flaw. Good tartness without being punchy.
Juicy, soft and fruity in the mouth with a soft, substantial, well-attenuated maltiness that adds light honey and a touch of cracker/biscuit. Pineapple, peach, guava all mix together in some form and there is a pleasing, but not overpowering tartness on the end. Used to the blenders being intensely fruity but this is much more elegant and great in its own right.
