All That You Are Batch 2 (2019) is a barrel-fermented, spelt Mixed Fermie™ that was conditioned for over a year in oak. Nice mineral character, bright juicy pear, dried lemon peel, delicate aromatics of vanilla and fresh flowers, elegant restrained funk and acid profile.
