We blended the barrels together and allowed the blend to condition for 4 months in the bottle. The results are truly amazing. Beautiful minerality with characters of bright and juicy pear, dried lemon peel, delicate aromatics of vanilla and fresh flowers, with an elegant/restrained acidity.

Bottle at the Bach. Pours orange, nose us funk, oak, fruity, taste is dry, funky, fruity.
