Bottle shared at the Beau in London tasting, last group tasting for 7 months - who knew, thanks to Leighton 11/03/20. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white swirl. Nose is crisp citric zest, horse blanket, wood must, damp alleyway, green berry stones. Taste comprises apple skins, funk, damp wood, dry rot, stoned fruits, lemon sherbet, grass, light fecal notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced acidity and a puckering climax. Solid work.
