Trillium, like millions of other breweries and restaurants, is rooted in the core of hospitality. Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Pours a hazy golden yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, with an unfortunate chalky, astringent aspect. I guess I would have expected more.

Pours a hazy orange juice from a can. Nice nondescript citrus aroma and flavor. Good beer, but nothing earth-shattering.
