Bottle, kindly donated by pivnizub! Hazy golden yellow, tall white head. Hoppy nose. Medium bodied, pleasantly malty with a surprising hoppy punch, resiny and grassy. Lingering hoppy finish, well balanced and quite moreish.

€-Flascherl (4.8% ABV): Golden, hazy, stable beaten-eggwhite-like head, almost moderate sweet-bitter malty nose with the inevitable fruity traces of yeast and a herbal-hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, both fizzy and creamy, hardly medium bodied; slightly lingering - drier - herbal and malty-yeasty finish. "Hofmark Braumeister Zwickl", Flasche von Edeka Buchbauer, Chamerau. - Goldgelb, gut trüb; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase feiner, aromatisch grasiger Hopfen mit zarter Schärfe über mild brotigem hellen Malz. - Antrunk fein brotig malzig mit zarter Karamelmalzsüße. Aromatische aber sehr milde Hopfenherbe: fruchtiges Orangenöl, Zitronenschale, mild hopfenwürzig. Milder rezent, hefig weich, frisch. Im Abgang arg milde zitrusfruchtige Herbe, dadurch zuletzt etwas wäßrig. - Aromatisch aber recht knapp gehopftes Zwickelbier. Lecker.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Aroma of cerreals, white bread, dough and just a whiff of hoppy spice. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Strawy malty, slightly doughy and delicately grainy taste, getting slightly mineralic towards the finish, accompanied by shy but slightly drying grassy hops. Drinkable. 25.IX.17

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Fast klare hell goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig malzig, trocken, hell malzig. Geschmack süß malzig, getreidig, Heu, unspektakulär.

Herb hefig getreidiger Beginn. Mild würzig, spritzig, dann konstant, dadurch monoton. 10/8/8/9//8

Clear golden with medium white head. Aroma is intense cooked corn and sour herbs. Taste is sour and cheesy hops with more vegetables. However quite drinkable. Ugh.

Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is bready, grainy, yeasty. Taste is bready, grainy, a bit nutty. High, but fine-bubbled carbonation. Okay Kellerbier.
