Can courtesy of Leighton. Cheers gaffer. Hazed yellow gold. Slim lasting white froth. Lemon peel and hay. Floral herbal hop. Taste has a flicker of sweetness with crisp clean herbal bitterness. Super refreshing on the palate. Dries out to finish. Very nice.

Crisp hops, almost a rice crispy kind of sense here. Golden pour with good head. Snappy finish. Good for a kolsch but not the next coming of Christ like some raters seem to think. Tap at Shelter.

On tap at Tørst. Pours slightly hazy gold. Floral, cracker, very fragrant, lemongrass, light biscuit. Medium body. Excellent.

Pours bright gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Cracker and hay aromas. Medium bodied with sweet caramel and hay from front to back. Dry, medium length earth finish.

16 oz can from the brewery, 8/7/21. Mostly clear yellowish color, white head, drippy lacework. Pale malt, grass, dough. Bright, crisp, and clean. Herbal notes. Tons of flavor here.

Draught at Bricolage: slight haze gold with white head. Aroma is bready with a hoppy edge. Taste is fry, bready, grainy. Nice bit of hop bitterness. Good session.

Draught @ Tørst, Brooklyn. Smooth, earthy and grainy malty with some cellary notes, grassy hops and hay. Clean and refreshing, quite balanced.
