We've had this collaboration gem aging for years, literally over 4 and 1/2 years this big glorious stout has been silently aging in Heaven Hill Barrels that once held held Maple Syrup from BliS in MIchigan. One of our favorite brewers Jeppe of Evil Twin gracioulsy flew all the way to Denver, CO. to sleep in our coolship while we brewed this multiday epic of a beer. True story! Enjoy luscious chocolate and maple syrup notes from a rediculously long barrel aged stout!

Pours black, super intense, no head. Scent is extremely full, roasty, maple, bit BA heath. Taste is ful, super thick, mample, sugar. Burnt sugar, thick and sweet, bit unbalanced. Very mild touch of CO2, base seems a bit simple, strongly uplifted by the BA, but not enough to make it stand out between the worlds' best.

Thick, well balanced, malty, maple notes are there but don't overpower. Verrrrry woody
