Clear reddish to deep orange beer, creamy dense broken white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very sourish impression, lactic acid, a hint of vinegar even. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very mineralic impression, earthy, a bit fruity, some plums, soft acidity, woody, some tannins, pretty interesting, red fruits, some cherries, strawberry jam, decent! Aftertaste: fruity, more plums, earthy, acidic, a bit of brett, bitter touch, woody, ok!
