6/VII/25 - on cask @ Skjuma (Torino, IT), BB: n/a (2025-643)

Pretty clear dark brown to black beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, a little adhesive. Aroma: very malty, roasted, very metallic, a bit chemical, very dark roast, charcoal, a bit nutty, some walnuts. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good roast, bitter, coffee, lots of charcoal, malty, very dry, bitter. Aftertaste: more roast, coffee, dry, some caramel notes, a bit sourish, bitter finish, very hard roast, charcoal, some red fruits, more metallic finish.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto da caffè e cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio: non si surclassano. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si fermano caratteristiche di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, frutta secca ed erba.

bottiglia 75 cl, schiuma beige media grana evanescente, colore marrone scuro, al naso caffè, cioccolato amaro malto tostato, in bocca cioccolato amaro caffè leggero liquirizia caramello e retrogusto malto tostato, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, amaro moderato. Decisamente buona. 02.06.18

bottle scura mogano velata buona schiuma piuttosto persistente nota di lievito malti torefatti poca liquirizia buona secchezza amaro medio
