(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 1 Oct 2022) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with lots of fresh coffee, dark chocolate, black bread and liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with notes of black coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, soy sauce and a generous coffe bitterness in a warming, sweetish finish. Full body, quite sweet. Thick and oily mouthfeel. Impressive coffee presence. Hardly balanced, but really rich and tasty. Great beer.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is liquorice, coffee, some vanilla and some alcohol with some mild wooden tones. Flavour is chocolate, liquorice, some quite evident alcohol sweetness with coffee and some mild wooden tones. A bit sharp as for the flavour, aroma was smoother. Still a very thick oily palate.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Viscous pitch black, no head. Intense espresso aroma. Really sweet with full to massive body and rounded mouthfeel. Syrup and intense coffee. Warming finish. Very intense, albeit not very complex.

ABV: 12.0%. Cloudy dark black colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, coffee, strong coffee, dusty coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, coffee, strong coffee, dusty coffee, sweet malt, rich, balanced, dry, licorice. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20221015]

Bottle, 500 ml shared with Miro B, kajser27 and Max. Black with tan head. Chocolate, lots of coffee, roasty, nice bitterness in finish. Soft texture. Dense and oily. Medium bodied.

Lote 01. Pours very thick, fine brown head. Heavy smell of coffee, salty, roasty, some sweetness. Amazingly thick and smooth body, little bit boozy, just how I like it. Taste is intense coffee, salty, roasty, bitter and earthy. Almost too strong. Awesome.

Black with no head. Sweet deep roasted chocolate and coffee bean. Thick and smooth. Light sweet and proper bitter. Real stout, look ma no lactose! Full body imperial coffee stout.
