Bottle. White berries in the floral lemonade aroma. Lime. Sweet, almost sugary, floral flavor with lemonade and white berries. Not many signs of a weizen, though not unpleasant.

Bottle, 0.5l. As Stiegl Holler Weisse. Clear golden pour with two finger soapy white head. Average head retention, minimal lacing. Grainy nose with elderflower notes, reminds me of cider more than a radler. Medium body, softly carbonated. Regular texture. Taste is combination of sweet and sour. Aroma of sugar, lemon juice, elderflower. Grainy. Not much of a hefe character in here, it’s much closer to cider. Sticky, sugary mouthfeel and sweet aftertaste. Overall, ok for what it is but not really impressive.

At a tasting, thanks, as Stiegl Holler Weise, smallish bubbly head, hazy yellow color with orange taints, aroma and flavor of guava, grass and grapefruit, medium sweetness with a very light bitterness. Not bad.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Tom C. for this bottle! As Stiegl Holler Weisse. Slightly hazy yellow. Spicy floral and citric aroma, a bit candy-ish. Sweet flavor, a bit candy-ish, with citrus, floral. Quite light-bodied. Refreshing and easy-drinking.

Bottle. Slightly hazy orange color with small white head. Aroma is surprisingly beery, wheat, elderflower, but it doesn’t quite fit together. Taste is straw, elderflower, wheat again. Rather high carbonation, sticky sweet. Quite weird - you always complain about Radlers not being beery and when one finally is, it doesn’t quite fit.

Pours a hazy yellow color, topped with a decent whitefoamy head. Very nice aroma of elderflower - love this smell. Taste is sweet, a bit sugary, elderflower taste as well, slight feel of wheat. As far as radlers go, this one is very fine. Not much beer quality per se, but really drinkable, fresh and enjoyable (when chilled).

Erfrischender Antrunk von süßen Holundernoten.Spritzig, die Süße könnte ruhig etwas weniger präsent sein. Minimal hefig, zum Ende minimal herb. 8/7/9/7/7/7

500 ml bottle from a supermarket.
Pale yellow, moderate hazy body, with a small, unstable, frothy, white head.
Aroma is sweet and syrupy, but quite fresh, mostly of elderflowers.
Taste follows this, with very little wheat beer notes in the background.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation.
Finishes with sweet and sticky elderflowers.
Doesn’t taste like beer at all. Much more like an elderflowers lemonade. Much too sweet for me.
