Oat of nowhere on tumman maltainen, kahvinen sekä hieman suklainen oatmeal stout. Ennenmuinoin kauraa pidettiin niin terveellisenä, että siitä tehdyn oluen uskottiin parantavan terveyttä. Nykyään meillä on toisenlaiset terveysbuumit, mutta kaura maistuu edelleen oluenkin muodossa.

Bottled (From KCM Päivölä, SJK). Brownish black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is chocolaty, oaty, some slight tartness with some ashes. Flavour is chocolate, oaty, tart and mild roast.

ABV: 5.5%. Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, oat, dark fruit, blackcurrant. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dark malt, oat, roasted, dark fruit, blackcurrant sour notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210923]

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Black, rich beige head, Aroma of licorice and black currant. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Coffee, black currant, pine and citrus. Mid bitter finish with slighjt metallic edges.

A very dark brown beer, a head is small and beige. Aroma has roastiness of coffee, some red berries. Taste has roastiness, red berries and som chocolate. Medium- bodied. Decent.
