Tap into a 3l stone at Fränkisches Bierfest, let’s assume it was hazy amber with tan head. Aroma is Haribo, earthy, juicy malts, sweet, a touch liquorice. Taste is Haribo, juicy malts, sweet. Natural carbonation, super drinkable, despite its high sweetness. Very nice!

(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a medium-sized tanned foamy head. Toast-malty, mildly molassy aroma with notes of caramel/toffee and a whiff of herbal hops in the background. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, rather light bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly toasty and slightly nutty malty taste with caramel and delicately herbal accents; slim and sweet-bitter finish with a soft hops character.
