0,33l bottle from Alko. Bottled 20.8.2020, BBE 20.8.2023. Very dark brown, almost black beer with small and quickly vanishing head. Aroma has strong barrel twist with sweet caramel malts, vanilla, chocolate. Flavor has full body with barrel, caramel malts, vanilla and some chocolate. Very good, once again. The brewery really knows how to create strong dark porters and stouts.

Dark brown colour, small brownish head. Toasted, a bit berryish, sherry, rye bread in the nose. Medium-bodied. Toasted, sweetish sherry, some dark bread. Complex dark beer with some Baltic Porter character still in it.

Smell of chocolate, peat, some smoky whisky. Black colour, short dark brown head. Aroma of burnt malt, some red wine, dried fruit, dark chocolate. Sweet, bitter. Slick texture. Very intense.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - bottled on 20.08.2020 - BB 20.08.2023, from Alko, 20201224)The beer poured oily and black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, vanilla, vineousness and dark chocolate. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, vanilla, vineousness, wood and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody, burnt, sweet and bitter. A surprisingly pleasant burnt brew with strong barrel notes.

A almost black beer, a head is quite small and brown. Aroma has caramel malts, chocolate, toffee, hint of barrel, very nice. Taste has richness, toffee, strenght of barrel, some chocolate and strenght of alcohol, low dried frutiness. Full bodied, not stickyness. Great beer, strenghtness and balance. The barreling is admirable.
