Poured from the tap. Clear copper with small off white head. Chewy bready and biscuit malt, nice and clean. Not bad.

473mL can, pours a clear, vibrant copper with a medium off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh bready malt and a touch of sweet cereal. Flavour is vibrant and surprisingly flavourful, with lots of fresh bready malt, some doughy notes, gently sweet cereal malt, and a nice lager yeast expressing itself. Clean, surprisingly punchy for the style, and well-structured. As good as this style gets.

Very nice big foam on a deep clear copper body, quite solid, visible carbonation, more or less perfect. Soft maltiness on the nose, hints of honey biscuit, a little subdued. Taste is nice chewy maltiness, more biscuit, hints of hazelnut, ending dry. Really nice, clean and chewy, hitting that california common vibe very well.
