Dullish beige sort of colour, just a thin head. Bright fruity hop, melon and orange. Medium bitterness, bright piney hop in the finish. The weak spot here is the malts, which aren’t particularly compelling. The hop brightness is really despite the malt base.

On tap at The Bakery, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus hops, biscuity malt, and a hint of floral, piney notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney, floral hops, biscuity malt and a hint of citrus. Clean and bright, with a nice expression. Good stuff.

Cloudy orange body and minimal foam. Very weak orangey hops on the nose, everything's too faint. Taste is a lot of orange zest, chewy hops, vague pine. Sadly a little watery, not a bad pale ale but not a great one either.
