Cloudy medium gold body and okay foam. Sweet cotton candy hop aroma, spruce tips maybe but they seem quite artificial to me. Taste is much the same with good strawberry notes on pine. Ends full and chewy, and maybe my expectations were off but this seems to be an odd output for a spruce ale.

A bit dull hazy, heavy spruce character. The malts are slightly biscuity, and that plays well with the heavy spruce. Moderate bitterness.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy gold with small white head. Some mild notes of strawberry and melon, feint spruce. Interesting flavour profile, but needs some more cohesion.
