This crisp and clean American craft lager is inspired by the golden grains milled by the twisting sails of our town windmill and the silhouetted sailboats off our shores.

12oz can in their mixpack. Filtered yellow-tan body. Steady, even, white head. Deep classic noble hop tone. Some macro sensibilities, but better ingredients. Bready. Pretty good, exceeded my low expectations.

2 dollah can that pours clear bright pale with a nice foamy head. Has a typical clean fresh lager nose. Oh, I was thinking that this was going to be a well behaved lager but its not. It comes across a little uncivilized, somewhat reminiscent of cheaply made pale macro lager brews. Cannot appreciate since I did pay a premium for this brew. Way to rude, I can get cheapo brews like Genny, Keystone or even Lionshead, for less than one quarter the price, that tastes better than this. Come now, if I pay for it, it should be quite mannered, no? JMHO I'm starting to think, after tasting lots of so called, craft lagers, that making a good civil friendly pale lager is a lot harder than everybody thinks. Yeah the finish is the same as the feeling after each slug, a rather medium dull rude coarse sensation in the back of the throat that lasts for a while. Go figger.
