Am Flughafen in Rom. Flasche. Leicht trübes Gelb Gold, viel Schaum und Kohlensäure. Aroma: Buttermilch, etwas säuerlich, Zitrus, Getreide. Im Antrunk leicht Bitterkeit, sauer, Buttermilch, etwas erdig.

Bottle at Masseria Susafa, 5th April 16. Pours slightly hazy, aroma is grain, slight citrus, taste is clean, full bodied, slight sour and citrus. Really pleasant

Bottle from the ’Botega’ shop next to St Peters, Modica, Sicily. This bottle a good bit stronger than the website description - 5.6%. Cloudy gold beer, small white head. Palate is crispy. light and semi dry. Good carbonation. A little creamy malt with that nice fresh nutty tone you would expect. Nicely balanced tangy orange and dried fruits. Finishes sry and crisp with a little yeast. Decent, very fresh tasting and very drinkable.
