Bottle from the ’Botega’ shop next to St Peters, Modica, Sicily. Very hazy amber beer, big pale cream coloured head. The palate is crisp and fairly dry. Dry but creamy malt base supports mild citric hops. Minerals. Finishes creamy and dry. Slightly frustrating - finally some hops but there just isn’t enough of them. Drinkable though.
