Our most courageous and experimental beer, born from the contamination between classic and modern. The Testa di Moro is a Tripel for which, instead of the classic continental hops, American hops are used. Hence the definition of Hoppy Tripel.
The result is a less sweet beer than a traditional Tripel and easier to drink, thanks to the soft final bitterness. The aroma of Belgian yeast and the fruity notes of American hops support and enhance each other, merging into a single light body that hides the high alcohol content.

18/6/2025. Can from Arbiter Bibendi, Pescara. Enjoyed in Foggia. Pours almost clear golden amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, hoppy, toffee, dried fruits, honey, hint of coconut milk. Quite sweet but with a bitter bite. Medium body, oily, quite fizzy. A little muddled.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca quasi inesistente, color giallo limone torbido, al naso leggero lieviti belgi esteri e lieve banana, in bocca è scarna leggero frutta candita e frutta gialla, corpo medio, watery, carbonazione piatta (Noooooo!!!) alcool presente, dolce e lieve acidula con amaro moderato. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di pane nero. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. Il colore è ambrato torbido e scarico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono lunghe. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e pompelmo.
