'Estrella del Camino' is a beer created to celebrate The Compostela Holy Year. The recipe uses ingredients from the Camino de Santiago such as sweet oranges from the Valencia Late variety, coriander seeds from Portugal, barley from Castile and wheat from Galicia.Amber in color with orange reflections, with a creamy and generous white foam of high persistence, ‘Estrella del Camino’ presents an elegant cloudiness. Citrus and spicy aromas come from sweet orange peel, Bavarian Mandarin hops, and coriander seeds.

330ml. bottle. @A Bodeguilla, Compostela. 03/09/2021 [#4.216 Global - #832 Spain - #28 Hijos de Rivera] Pours hazy pale golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma: Wheat, coriander and orange peel. Taste: Mild coriander, wheat and cardamom. Refreshing. Next one please!
