This is our follow up to the Beaks & Talons IPA, our first oat cream IPA. Just like its predecessor, Fangs & Claws IPA was brewed with almost 40% oats and an elegant addition of milk sugar. Dry-hopped with Australian Vic Secret and two of our favorite American hops; Mosaic and Simcoe.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS BEER CONTAINS MILK SUGAR. NOT SUITABLE FOR VEGANS.

Maris Otter Extra Pale, Naked Oats, Torrefied Oats & Flaked Wheat.

Hops:
Vic Secret, Mosaic & Simcoe

WLP066 London Fog

Can, 6.5%. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, spicy and pineapple. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, pineapple, medium sweet, spicy, pine and medium bitter.

Can from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours opaque bright yellow with huge white head. Aroma is intense hopy with grapefruit, spruce, resin, mango, pineapple and hints of turpentine. Taste is medium to very sweet, very to extremely bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbnation. Finish is long and very sweet and bitter with notes of grapefruit, resin, spruce, pine, mango, pineapple and hints of rubber. Very nice but more DDHIPA than NEIPA

How: Draught.
Where: MBCC 2021.
Appearance: Hazy yellow colour with a white head.
Aroma: Tropical fruit, malt, citrus, pine, hops.
Body: Full body, medium carbonation.
Flavour: Tropical fruit, citrus, malt, hops, mango.

Hazy gold with a decent white head. Light citrus. Light citrus and a bit of sweetness.

Tap@MBCC Yellow session - Sweet fruity and malty with citrus and tropical fruit, hop spice, pine needles, medium body, robust hoppy close.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Murky straw colour, rich firm head. Aroma of papaya and grass. Sweet with full body and rounded, mushy mouthfeel. Sweet and porridgy with papaya and grass. Serious hop burn and alcohol in the finish.
