Clear amber with little white head. Aroma is rum, phenols, clove, bubblegum, apple. Not too heavy. Taste is sour fruit with phenolic spices (not too much) and a lot of bitterness. Almost watery with some cooked vegetables in the finish. Meh.

Bottle. Golden color with small soapy ring. Aroma is rum, oak sugar, vanilla. Taste is rum, oak sugar, vanilla. Nice Barrel, but the beer is too weak.

Dunkel herb-malziger Beginn mit zu starker Karbonisierung. Lichte, aber wirklich nur leichte Noten von Holz und Rum, etwas alkoholisch, wenig würzig. Eher kurzer Nachhall. 9/8/8/7/9/7
