16 September 2020. At Draft & Dreams, Bologna. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear yellow, thick, frothy, white head; some lacing. Aroma of melon, pineapple, wet white pepper, pine, breadcrust, citrus zest. Taste has sweetish melon, pineapple & yellow apple, spicy-yeasty & hoppy accent giving low bitterness. Dryish, piney hoppy finish, unripe fruit, yeast & spices lingering. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Lacks some good hop fragrance.
