16 September 2020. At Draft & Dreams, Bologna. Shared with the lovely Anke! Hazy-murky orange with a stable, foamy, off-white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of pink & white pepper, pink grapefruit peel, dusty brioche, old biscuit, peanut, mango, old herbs, tobacco leaves. Taste has sweetish mango & orange, bitter core of pepper, herbs & grapefruit peel, yeasty, old bready feel. Dry, yeasty, peppery hoppy finish, old dusty fruit & some warming gin alcohol lingering. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. In itself a nice spicy DIPA but it feels to old & dusty.
