Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione frizzante, allegra, vivace, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante.Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, un accenno di resinoso e agrumi.

Leicht eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hopfiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hopfig, fruchtig mit Mango, Grapefruit und Orangen. Mittlere Süße mit hoher Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Typisch für ein Pale Ale der aktuellen Prägung, hat man einen hopfig aromatischen, intensiv fruchtigen Geruch. Vielleicht aber etwas zu klebrig süß. Schöne Fruchtnote im Antrunk (Grapefruit / Pomelo / Orange / Mandarine / Mango). Nicht zu intensiv, nicht zu bitter. Florale und getreidige Noten könnten dies schön ergänzen, sind aber praktisch kaum vorhanden. Ab dem Mittelteil beginnt das ganze schnell auszufaden. Hintenraus kommt nicht mehr viel. Eine leicht bittere Nuance klingt noch ganz kurz nach. Schön weich, eine nur leicht spritzige Note gibt die nötige Lebendigkeit. Der Raschhofer Silberpfeil ist zwar nicht der Mercedes-Benz unter den Pale Ales - trotzdem, das ist süffig, das ist schmackhaft und fordert keine besondere Stimmung - kann man also immer trinken. Gut.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma is grainy, grassy, floral and honeyish. Pours clear golden color with large soapy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy and citrusy, following is herbal and medicinal, mouthfeel is mild spicy and rather dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Neither a fail nor a gem…

33cl bottle. Pours amber gold, medium transparent, with medium grained white foam, pretty high initially. Aroma is citrus and resinous, rather aromatic. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter, with some sweetness behind and a dry final.

Verkaufte die Raschhofer Brauerei früher ihre Spezialitäten unter dem Titel Bierreise in das Heimatland dieses und jenes Bierstils, gibt man den Bieren jetzt craftig-kreative Namen. Gekostet habe ich das Bier am Craftbier-Fest Wien 2017, wo es eigentlich gar nicht auf meiner Agenda stand. Gebraut wird es mit den Hopfensorten Cascade, Ahtanum und Mandarina Bavaria und ist spritzig erfrischend. Es könnte ruhig ein bisschen aggressiver sein, die Aromen sind gut komponiert, könnten aber stärker aus der Malzigkeit herausstechen.

Aroma is citrus, herbs, hop juice, slight citrus pips. Taste is bitter hop, citrus, herbs. Too bitter and one dimensional for me.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Trübes goldenes Bier mit geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch angenehm hopfig, fruchtig, grasig. Geschmack angenehm hopfig, fruchtig, trocken hopfig, okay.
