Une NEIPA brassée en collab’ avec l’équipe de “Brewing Bears” pour fêter l’ouverture de la brasserie et de la taproom “Le Réservoir”. Côté recette, Fauve a choisi la base maltée, et Olivier, le brasseur de Brewing Bears, a (très bien) choisi les houblons. Un combo super complémentaire pour une bière qui se dévoile en plusieurs étapes avec une belle longueur en bouche. DDH évidemment. On a aussi travaillé la texture en bouche avec beaucoup d’avoine pour un max de douceur.

Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Nose of pineapple, citrus, some papaya. Sweet and juicy.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is fruity, oaty, grainy and some herbal tones. Flavour is citrus, oaty, some earthy tones. Oily, but still some bitterness to it.

ABV: 6.5%. ✅ Murky matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, exotic fruit, melon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, exotic fruit, fruity hops, melon, wheat, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220123]

--Canned, from Glasbanken. -- Cloudy straw colour, rich brief head. Aroma of papaya and grapefruit. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity with apricot, citrus and papaya. Minimal bitterness.

Tap at SB beer festival. Cloudy golden with creamy white head. Very juicy, orange, mango and the lot but also red apple and grapes. Oats too, light grassy. Medium sweet, light bitter. Creamy body. Nice, way more my thing than their DIPA I just had.
