Paradox Grain has been matured in ex bourbon whisky barrels. Wonderful oak notes complimented by smooth vanilla, rich treacle, stewed fruits and decadent chocolate.
Best enjoyed at room temperature, unless you live in an igloo.

Huge aroma of soy & whisky aroma.
Toffee, grape, malt & whisky tastes with an extremely bitter finish.
Once this warmed up it was excellent after 8 years in the store.
From the days when BrewDog made great beers - Sadly I've no idea what went wrong.

Can from Mitra Assendorp, Zwolle. Quite heavy with an aroma of chocolate, whisky, roasted malt, molasses, alcohol, coffee, vanilla, and a touch of smoke. Sweet and boozy, mildly bitter. Full body, sticky texture. Rich and decadent, rather subtle BA. Very good, one to slooowly sip on.

Herb-süßer Malzbeginn mit viel Kakao, Whiskey, gut eingebundem Alkohol. Moderate Süße, Noten von Lakritz, erhöhte Viskosität. Holzig, im Nachgang eher trocken im Hintergrund, cremig, Nuancen von Vanille. 11/11/12/12/9/11

Bottled. Black colour with a mediumsized brown head. Aroma is whisky, some grains, liroice, alcohol and some mild toffee tones. Flavour is ripe fruits, mamalade, liquorice, some toasted tones, alcohol and mild wooden and spicy tones too.

Canned. Black colour with a brown foamy head. Aroma is mild alcohol, dry fruits, some toasted notes with mild bourbon, liquorice and chocolate. Flavour is toasted, nutty, some dried fruits, plum, toffee and mild sweetness. Hides the alcohol rather well in the flavour.
