14.05.2022 - Ależ te piwo przywołuje niezidentyfikowane wspomnienia. W aromacie sfermentowane winogrona i jogurt. W smaku jeszcze raz jogurt, kwaśne owoce leśne, winogrona, wino i świetny, piwny posmak, szlachetnie alkoholowy.

aroma is sour beer, red wine, white wine, woody wine barrel. wood notes are clearly noticable. not perfectly balanced, but quite well done nevertheles. bit above average for barrel aged stuff. flavor is barrel aged sour ale, bitter grape notes, dry white wine notes, wood. surprisingly traditionally tasting barrel aged sour beer, alc. is fairly well hidden, but does show some bitterness, i think 7.8% is a bit on the high end for this kind of beer, but well managed in this case.

EURO box can, from Gedeelde Vreugde. Clear amber, red, thin, off-white head. Aroma of red grape, pomegrenate, redcurrant, biscuit, oak, vanilla. Taste has sour grape, reducrrant & blood orange, sweetish biscuity maltiness with a herbal edge. Tannic woody finish, lingering red fruit, touch of vinegar, generally low hoppiness. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Pleasant but not really hitting that BA depth.

Aromat dzikusów i białego (!) wina. Kwaśne, ale dość wyważone. Wysycenie gryzie w podniebienie. Takie szampanowe. Dobre.

Ei ütle, et red wine ba sildil, aga eeldame et on sama. Hapu, marjane, jogurtine, nats happeline. Ok.
