This huge ale is not for the faint of heart. Exceptionally strong with a sweet finish. Brewed with 30 pecan pies and conditioned with pecans and house made vanilla extract.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Taster at Scott's Addition taproom. Clear amber pour, thin ring of head, streaky lacing. Sweet, boozy aroma, some molasses. Taste is sweet malts, brown sugar, but I'm having to search for the pecans. Caramel? Yes. Sweet but doesn't feel overly boozy
