Canned 12/1/23, drunk 2/27/24. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, bright pineapple-golden-maize. Large, off-white head, strong retention. Big burst of spicy pineapple and juicy grapefruit as soon as its poured. Absolutely charming, bright and lovely. This is one of the better expressions of Strata I've had recently. Honey, biscuit, cracker from the malt gently supports. Clean, no booze or resin. Juicy, bright, spicy, malty, great attenuation. Pineapple and intense tropical fruit spice. Excellent balance of bitterness, malt and with a soft, malty texture and tight carbonation. Clean and juicy, bright and snappy. Wow! Hard to find too much flaw here and all this at just 6% abv. Glad to see this series is still going strong.

Can from Tavour. Pours lightly hazy gold with a huge foamy white head. Aroma is juicy citrus with a touch of grass/spice. Med body. Flavor is dryly juicy with citrus, grass/spice, green melon and a slight hint of earth. Dry and bitter. Way to go Strata.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow golden pour with a thick, fluffy head. Grassy, citrusy aroma. Taste is sweet, fruity, citrus, grassy, juicy, and mildly dry. Simplicity and a nice showcase for Strata. --- Beer merged from original tick of Derivative: Strata on 09 Sep 2021 at 05:04 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5.
