Apricot, Guava, Tangerine Sour

Ok so you’re probably thinking this is just another sour right? Ugh, as if! Have you seen this loqued-out drink, isn’t it a Betty? It’s definitely not a full-on Monet so don’t be buggin’. You’re totally going to have to make a cameo at the brewery for this monster sour.

Orangey colour that showcases the apricot and tangerine elements. Opaque. Guava up front on the nose, along with some rich apricot goodness. Tart, with lots of fruit. The tangerine gives some sweetness to help this along. Guava still quite present on the palate though the apricot is less noticeable than it was on the nose.

Can from the brewery through Sergey
Cloudy deep yellow colour. Strong guava aroma, fruity, sour, tropical. Good mouthfeel, thick; moderate acidity, strong guava flavour, some soap feeling too.
Quite good.
