Al naso sentori fruttati che vanno dalla pesca all’albicocca secca si affiancano ad una nota di luppolo ben presente.
Al gusto troviamo una perfetta corrispondenza con un finale amarognolo e dissetante.
Da sperimentare con fritture vegetali e grigliate… ma anche per una semplice bevuta rinfrescante!

Bottiglia ABV 4.3%. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato finiscono impressioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi, pompelmo rosa, spezie, vaniglia e arancia amara.

Bière bouteille 33 cl bue chez il ristorante. Robe dorée trouble. Bouche légère,un peu aqueuse,mais avec une amertume sympa en fin de bouche. une bonne bière de soif désaltérante et agréable.

33 cl bottle, 3.9 ABV. Orange color, hazed, enormous big bubbly to creamy expansive white head, lacing, lots of particles in suspension. Zesty smell. Aroma is citrusy, with orange, lime, grapefruits and earthy spices (yeast), with soft bready malts backing, light candy. Taste is light sour, medium bitter. Light body, dry citric finish light spiced. Similar to a session IPA with a belgian flavor.

bottle 3.9 ambrato scarico velata schiuma piuttosto abbondate un po grossolana buona persistenza discreto naso luppolato un po terroso note agrumate filo resina quasi spezia abbastanza secca amaro piuttosto intenso un po ruvida
