Tap. Madama Beersrto, Bologna. Mostly clear gold. Thick, whipped head of white. Nose has sweet grain. Cut grass. Lemon leaf. Taste is surprisingly bitter with green hop and leaf. Some grain sweetness. Light to medium body. Fine carbonation. Fair bitterness to finish. Decent.

Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours Canary yellow, fairly transparent, with a nice fluffy white foam, grossly grained. Aroma is bready, flowery, herbal. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet, but with good bitterness too. Finish has some more bitterness.

Tap at So Good in Rome. Clear filtered golden color, medium and persistent white foamy head. Nose: wow! Noble hops, malty hay, German hops. Mouth: clean, a bit rustic too, firm grassy although not too bitter. Great
