getrunken in einer obercoolen Craftbierbar in der Altstadt von Triest 🚢 als Einstiegsbier nach einem besonders fettigen Essen. Es ist ein leichtes Witbier, das nicht zu tief geht und doch einen ausgewogenen Körper 🏃 mit schönen Gewürzaromen. Vielleicht für den Winter etwas unauffällig, aber im Sommer passt es sicher ausgezeichnet.

On tap at So Good in Rome-Italy with Dan. Cloudy pale yellow-green pour with tick milky white foam. Nose: orange peel, wheat and spicy, nice aroma of bergamot and floral. Mouth is thin although pretty elegant as a Blanche, much coriander feel, chamomile.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Gialla acida, torbida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di scorza di limone, citronella, fiori bianchi, spezie. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con lieve amaro e lieve nota acidula, equilibrata, tutto sommato gradevole. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Buona.
