La Manu Blonde est notre ambassadrice, réalisée avec 80% de malt d’orge d’Ardèche, 20% de malt d’orge belge. Un solide houblonnage en début et fin d’ébullition lui apporte ses arômes fruités, d’agrumes et floraux. Cela lui donne aussi une amertume bien présente qui fait qu’on ne l’oublie pas de sitôt !
