We ferment this Pale Ale with a massive amount of Raspberries. With 30% Wheat in the malt bill, it has a slight sourness we think works nicely with the Raspberry aroma.

Draft @ Söder Om Småland, Malmö. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity raspberry wheaty aroma. Fruity wheat malty raspberry flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy raspberry finish.

Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustav. Frisk, syrlig, torr hallondoft. Lite berliner weiss karaktär men inte lika syrlig. Lätt, torr, frisk och syrlig i munnen och fin ren torr hallonsmak. Ett riktigt fint sommarhallonöl.
