We ferment this Pale Ale with a massive amount of Raspberries. With 30% Wheat in the malt bill, it has a slight sourness we think works nicely with the Raspberry aroma.

Cloudy amber with medium white head. Aroma is raspberry. Clean. Slight yoghurt as well. Taste is raspberry again. Quite sweet with also citric/lacto sourness and a phenolic/dusty layer of pale bitterness below. Maybe raspberry pip bitterness? A little too heavy for the light fruity character. I still love raspberries.

Bottle. Greyish amber, offwhite head. Ok natural raspberry aroma, light kefir. Lightbodied, smooth. Milkshakelike, tart blended fruit, fresh, a hint citrus. Fruit notes, light paper finish.

Bottle, thanks Nisse666. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is raspberry, fresh yeasts, some lacto. Taste is raspberry, lacto, some milky yeasts. Smooth mouthfeel, rather low carbonation. Funny.

KØLF 080416. Red golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is raspberries, wheat, sourness, fruit, malt. Flavour is raspberries, wheat, sourness, fruit, malt, sugar, caramel. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

(Bottle, from Systembolaget Åre, 14 July 2016) Hazy pinkish orange colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with raspberries, white bread and citrus. Fruity, malty taste with notes of raspberries, pink grapefruit, bread, a light wheat sourness and a gentle citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty on a warm summer evening. Quite enjoyable.

330 ml bottle. Cloudy, slightly reddish orange body with a dense, lacing off-white head. Aroma of berries and raspberry candy. Flavor feels more than less like an average wheat beer added raspberry candy in generous amounts. Medium to thin body and raspberry aftertaste. Plain, simple, light and watery.
