Murky gold, with a frothy white head and an almost toffee apple aroma! Soft and a little bit fruity, with a nice hoppy bitterness

Hand-pulled at The Pheasant Inn, Wellington Shropshire on 10th Aug 2021. This is an unfiltered and unfined beer, so it's cloudy; dirty amber in colour, off-white head that gave off some heavy lacing. Both fruity and piney with a good semi-sweet malty base. Dank hops come to mind, it's not 'vibrant', but the hops rule the nose and flavours.
