This light and juicy pale ale is packed full of tropical fruit flavours. Citra hops bring a citrus aroma at the fore, with notes of passion fruit and peach, whilst Summit hops add depth with orange zest and subtle bitterness of grapefruit.

Hand-pulled cask ale, half-pint, shared with Finn. Near-clear late straw coloured body, filmy layer, scattered lacing. Moderate aroma of grass and orange fruit. Blended hop fruity flavours including orange and grapefruits, mid-dry pale malts beneath. Rounded hop fruity tail. Easy to drink and quite alright.

Can from the Black Toad online shop. As per previous reviewer, this one mentions Citra and Summit hops. Appearance - golden amber with a soft almost snow white head. Nose - orange, lightly bready. Taste - more of the same. Some caramel sticking its head around the door. Palate - light bodied, dry-ish finish. Overall - a solid citizen at least.

44oml can: BBE Feb 2022. Drank at home on 4th Aug 2021. Misty amber body, soft white head. Citrus fruits dominate the nose and flavours. Only Citra and Summit hops mentioned on the can, so maybe a new recipe without Huell Melon and Ahtanum hops?
