We took a small batch recipe from our garage brewing days and decided to amp it up for the summer. Brewed in collaboration with Lawrence and Mozart Estate (nee Go Kart Mozart), we took our house Berliner Weiss recipe and added Juniper Berries to the boil, then once sufficiently soured, we added melon juice, fresh mint and more juniper to create a hugely refreshing, lip puckering and light sour beer. Perfect for picnics, sitting on a beach, taking to a mates house or just enjoying in your local beer garden.

Can thanks to a Liverpool dwelling friend, consumed on the train home from Darlington. Pours hazy orange with a thin white head. Aromas of lactic sour, fruit, faint mint. Taste is more of the same. Tangy finish.

19th July 2021; Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie, five of us splitting 16 different beers, t'was a good night! Thanks Paul for the 440ml can of this; BBE Dec 2021. Misty old gold pour, wispy white head. Mint, yes, Juniper, yes, Honey Melon, no, Berliner Weisse, not really.
