Bottle 0.25l from Markt Schwaben. Clear, straw colored. AROMA- insipid, yeast, malt. FLAVOR- very smooth, slightly sweet, yeasty, malty, touch of hops. Medium bodied.

Clear golden with little to no white head. Aroma is grassy hops, butter, bread. Taste is quite fresh and sour with a musty basement note below. Lively carbonated, with sour aftertaste. Many bubbles, medium body. Ok.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is straw, malty. Taste is straw, malty, slight bitterness. Slightly metallic finish. Medium carbonation. Rather dry finish. Boring, but alright.

Wee bottle. Golden, low white head, fine pearling. Straw malt, light citrus.Medium light chewy body. Cakelike malt-tones, fine, restrained hop aromatics. Quick finish. Nothing wrong with it, could be more assertive.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Doughy malty and delicately grainy aroma with notes of grassy hops and a whiff of sulfur. Mildly sweet and bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Quite dry pale malt character with doughy notes and delicately mineralic spots; grassy hops are initially in the background but getting stronger towards the dry and bitter-sweet finish. Likeable Helles. 12.VI.16

Bottle (otto holt koks):Golden, clear, medium sized and very stable white head; sweetish-bitter grainy to pale-malty nose with delicate lemony hops in the background; pretty mild sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied, but at least soft; shorter and a bit drier sweetish-grainy and strawy finish. Very unspectacular Bier, quite well drinkable, though...
