Mucha gente nos insistió que hiciéramos una cerveza para el diario, fácil, con poco alcohol, no tan "pesada" y que se pudieran tomar más de tres, en realidad no era nuestra idea, pero hubo uno de esos tantos que nos puso hasta la madre y terminamos haciendo esta refrescante American Wheat Ale.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, grass, straw, hops and has a light bitter grassy finish.

Bottle @Saxo. Clear light golden, white head. Wheaty aroma, light yeast and hops. Thin, malty flavour, sharp yeast initially, a little less rough after a few sips.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 200321

355ml bottle, online from Beers of Europe. Pours opaque pale yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma: wheat, cereal, light citrus. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, light, wheat, light spicy wit vibes. Medium body with frothy carbonation.

Craft Society, CDMX bottle: pours golden with floating sediment. Aroma is light lemon. Taste is lightly fruity. Thin, but refreshing. Easy to drink. Plenty good for what it is: a simple refreshing beer.
