Can from RAD. Appearance - deep brown to black. Tan head. Nose - toffee and hazelnuts. Taste - more praline, light booze. Palate - medium to full bodied. Creamy texture. Still sweet on the finish. Overall - good example of the style.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 15/01/21. Deep mahogany brown with a decent tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is stewed fruits, brown sugar melt, light spice, toffee apple, light phenols, hint of glue. Taste comprises liquid fruit cake, brown sugar dusting, dates, toffee, bitter sweet fruit esters. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Solid stuff for the style ... flavoursome and slips down easy for the ABV.

Can picked up from Hoptimism website Loughborough Leicestershire UK. Consumed at home Wednesday 23rd December 2020 listening to Craig Charles standing in for Steve Lamaq on 6 Music, we had Mexican Meatballs for tea tonight. Pours dark, very murky actually very dark brown, light beige head. Drinks easier than 9%, far easier. really soft mouthfeel, this is not my choice of style but it's good.
