On tap pours out light cola color topped topped with a sand head. Nose is a odd hop combo and a strange malt kick. Taste is more of the hop combo and sweet malts.

Part of a flight at the Catalina Island brewpub in Avalon on 8th Jan 2020. Clear golden pour, white head. Good hoppy nose and taste, bitter and piney with a mini-citrus bite, nice.

Warum da Farbstoff rein muss, wird mir nicht so richtig klar. Braucht’s auch nicht. Fruchtig in Nase und Trunk, spritzig, Himbeeren, Äpfel, Mittig bitter, interessant.
