The Darkish is one of the first beers brewed at Third Window Brewing. It was our first attempt at brewing a Schwartzbier and during Vorlauf we realized the beer was going to be amber.
After a long slow ferment and 6 weeks of lagering, we released the beer. It quickly became a favorite.
Now release in cans!

5 oz glass (part of a Flight) in The BrewHouse, San Juan Capistrano on 3rd Jan 2020. Copper brown body, beige head. Malty front to the nose and fairly sweet taste, a bit 'Alt' like in nature.
