Bottle 330ml. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Sigtuna Imperial Porter ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, licorice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, sweet malt, chocolate, mint. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160805] 8-4-7-4-15

Bottle. Brown color with beige head. Aroma is milk chocolate, and lots of it, very sweet. Taste is liquorice, milk chocolate, powdered cocoa. Silky mouthfeel. Nice.

Sample at SBWF 2016. Almost black with a large tan head. Sweet with dark chocolate, dark malt, licorice and some toffee. The body was around medium as was the bitterness. A decent one.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av rostad malt, brunt socker, lakrits, choklad med toner av aska. Något sträv, fadd, torr, lagom sötma, fin blandning av salt och sött, fin beska med toner av mörk bitter choklad och kakao.

33cl bottle. Pours dark brown colour with a mid-sized most good lasting tan head. Aroma of dark roasted malt and ripe red fruits. Taste of mild roasted and sweet malt, red malt, red ripe fruits, some chocolate and molasses.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Very dark brown, rich beige head. Licorice, coffee and brown sugar up front. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Aniseed and salmiak, some tobacco and brown sugar, Mid bitter finish with more salmiak.

Svart med høyt lys brunt skum som forsvinner helt. Lukter kaffe, kandis, korn og sjokolade. Middels + fylde. Lett bitterhet, kaffe, mørk sjokolade og noe salt lakris og havre. Middels lang.
