Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Marcin. Clear amber brown color with thin quickly diminishing tan-like head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of smoke, leather and wood. Taste starts with sweet caramel malt, following is rich smoky, woody and grassy with mouth-coating feeling and moderate bitter finish. Medium body, syrupy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Delicious, only lacks some strength...

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności 27.01.2016, temperatura degustacji 12 stopni +, szkło edel. Aromat: praktycznie brak typowych nut altowych, w głównej roli wędzonka szynkowa, przyjemna, jest dym. Piana: biała lekko przybrudzona, niska, szybko znika do zera.

500ml bottle. Clear, chestnut colour with small to average, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Smoky aroma seems to be slightly anaemic due to a lack of body, impressions of mildly smoked food, trout, eel, sauerkraut, bacon; nuttily overtones. Taste is dry, minimally sweet, smoky, nuttily interludes, ham and hazelnut; super soft palate. In the end mildly smoky, slightly cautious, harmonious, preserves some Altbier characteristics.
